Translatewiki.net is where most of the internationalisation and localisation for MediaWiki and MediaWiki extensions takes place. As there are over 250 Wikipedias and many more in the pipeline, you can imagine that it is one of the most internationally oriented communities that operate around MediaWiki and MediaWiki projects. Translatewiki was called before Betawiki.
