Extension testing license

Kim Bruning and Gerard Meijssen of Stichting Open Progress made a serious abuse of positive trust Wikiation had given to them. This causes a conflict which Wikiation made many attemps, from december 2008 until april 2009, to solve, but without succes. Nothing could stop the severe damage Kim Bruning and Gerard Meijssen did create so legal actions were started by Wikiation. Because even that did not stop them Wikiation has decided to temporary suspend the Open Source license of the WETE from June 2009.

In File:Letter of lawer of open progres to wikiation may 29 2011.pdf page two, starting with line 8 :

Wel is het zo dat Open Progress c.s. en Wikiation mondeling overeen zijn gekomen de in het kader 
van de overeenkomst ontstane auteursrechten aan Wikiation over te dragen, ...

Translated :

It is true that Open Progress and others and Wikiation verbally did agree in the copyright would be to transferred to Wikiation, ...

Open Progress is an foundation with two board members :

• Gerard Meijssen
• Siebrand Mazeland

Who are responsible for this abuse of copyright and abuse of given trust.

When the legal actions are finisch and completly executed the WETE will be Open Source again.
