Extension installer

The extension installer is part of the Wikiation installer. When the extension behaves in a standard way and when there are no special requirements, the naive installer will be used to install the extension. When there are special requirements, a script may be needed to install an extension.

Installation scripts for extensions need to be part of the Wikiation installer.
